The Expert's Introduction

Mr.Qin Zijing is the director of International Research and Development Center of Hi-Tech Equipment of Na2OS3 and Na2S of West China.

Mr.Qin has worked and promoted on sodium sulfide for 20 years in domestic and abroad. In order to improve the share of Chinese products in the international market, he has been Australia, Singapore and Mongolia many times for investigating about the market promotion, the products quality, and the package. At same time, he got some reliable basis for development and provide new soft package of sulfide flake.

In July 28, 1996 Mr. Qin organized the first China Sodium Sulfide Market Dynamics Seminar. He has issued China Sodium Sulfide Market Dynamics Analysis Report two times to 72 manufacturers. He is also called the first editor of the developing history of the sulfide in China. He also has played a certain role in promoting markets , improving competitiveness in international markets , stabilizing price in China, and promoting the healthy development of the sulfide in China.

In October 2, 2005 , Mr.Qin was invited by Mr. Batu of Batu Feiri Ltd. of Mongolia for a new project . Mr. Qin led a experts team of sulfide and sulfate to Mongolia finished a feasibility study of a new sulfide plant, at same time finished an another investigation of market research for glauber mine , coal mine, and Erdenet copper mine. Through the investigation, the experts surprised to find that there are not only dotted glauber salt lakes in Mongolia, but also extremely rich in coal reserves. According to the feasibility study by the experts team, Mongolia fully have the basic ability to produce sodium sulfate and sulfide. So Mr. Qin's investigation laid a solid and reliable theoretical basis for Mongolia.

In May 25, 2013, Mr. Qin led a 22 experts who all were professional in manufacturing sulfide equipment ,installation, trial production, and technology training to Mongolia for service and aid. 

Mr. Qin is the founder of Huaxi International Sulfide Information Network Center. He is the founder and one of the pioneers of International Research and Development Center of Hi-Tech Equipment of Na2OS3 and Na2S of West China.
In June 1994, Mr.Qin enrolled to Asian Open (Hong Kong) Institute of Education in Beijing Normal University Continuing Education (Marketing )。
In July 1997, Mr. Qin got college marketing diploma.
Awarded 1999 Top Ten Broker title by Dengkou prefecture of Bayan Naoer of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
Awarded 1999 Marketing Winner title by Bayan Naoer Civil Administration of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
Awarded 2000 E-commerce and Network Building Advanced Unit title by Bayan Naoer Civil Administration of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

Mr. Xie Mingsheng is Senior Engineer and General Engineer of China South Wind (Group)Chemical Design Institute, and The leader of Glauber Sulfide Professional Team of China Inorganic Salts Professional Committee.

He was a designer of a 10,000 tons sulfide plant of Erdos in Inner Mongolia.
He was a designer of a 40,000 tons of anhydrous sodium sulfate plant in Jiuquan City of Gansu Province of China.
He was a designer of a 20,000 tons of sulfide plant in Xinjiang Balikun Redhill.
He was a designer of a 15,000 tons of Barium Sulfate Plant of South Wind Group.
He was a 20,000 tons of sulfide technology transform project of second plant of South Wind Group.
He was a 100,000 tons of sulfide plant of Chemical Manufacture Plant in Qinhai Province.
He was a 150,000 tons of sulfate plant of sub-plant of South Wind Group in Huian City of Jiangsu Province.
He was a 200,000 tons of sulfate plant of sub-plant of South Wind Group in Hengyang City of Hunan Province.
He was a 20,000 tons of sulfide plant of sub-plant of South Wind Group in Jinhe of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
He participated in the recycling engineering project of coal chemical plant of Tangshan Iron and Steel Company.
In October 2, 2005 , He was invited by Mr. Batu of Batu Feiri Ltd. of Mongolia for a new project . He led a design team for a 20,000 tons sodium sulfide plant of Gaotai Salt Chemical Company of China Salt Co. in Gansu Province.
He led a design team for a 10,000 tons sodium sulfate plant in Tunisia.
He led a design team for a 40,000 tons Barium Sulfate plant of Nano Materials Co., Ltd. In Hubei Province.
He led a design team for a 250,000 tons sodium sulfate plant of Sodium Sulfate Company of South Wind Group.
He led a design team for a project of a furnace tail dust collection of Xinjiang Redhill Co., Ltd. in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
He finished a feasibility study of a 250,000 tons sodium sulfate plant for Jiangsu Oilfield.
He is a member of Huaxi International Sodium Sulfide High Tech Equipment Research and development .

Mr. Dai Chengzhi is a senior chemical processing engineer.

He graduated from Sichuan Light Industry Institute . He is specializing in inorganic chemistry.
He has served Xinjiang Hami Salt Plant as an assistant director and technical director .
He was deputy director of the economic and trade commission of Xinjiang Hami City ,and he was chief in the preparation office of Hami tomato paste factory.
He was director of brewery factory in Xinjiang Hami.
He was the director of Hami township enterprises technology information guide service station.
He has deeper studied for sodium sulfide products for long time.
In March, 2001, He faced to the challenge of traditional production process sodium sulfide to use the new technology to reduce production costs,reduce energy consumption ,and adjusting the industrial structure, etc.and surely got a major breakthrough.
He studied the process evolution of iron, color and impurities in the coal reduct glauber to sodium sulfide.
He successful got the ultra pure yellow sodium sulfide (in it ,iron <10 ppm )with low iron by using of dissolution process in water and nano-separation technology .And also got the white sodium sulfide(60% and no water).This has led the first in China until now.
After we?use this new technology to change the old processing line , the old one could produce 1,500 – 2,000 tons of yellow sodium sulfide with ultra low iron and white sodium sulfide with low iron .The investment only RMB 0.30 – 0.40m. This would greatly save the money for upgrade the quality of sodium sulfide in China. 
He have awarded many times by state and province .He is one of the founders of Huaxi International Sulfide Information Network Center. He is one of the founders and one of the pioneers of International Research and Development Center of Hi-Tech Equipment of Na2OS3 and Na2S of West China.

Mr. Cao Yingqun is senior engineer and consultant.

As early as 1957 ,he began to engage in professional work on sodium sulfide and in research of the equipment and processing line. He has researched in sulfide corrosion-resistant materials for long time and obtained significant results which has widely been used in evaporators, pumps and a variety of pipes.
Mr. Cao's works bellow :
In 1993, he got a invention patent and awarded from the state .It's Low Iron Sulfide. The patent No.93104276.3
In 2000 ,he researched a new product ,named Na2s5.5H2O .This new product has produced on the production line.
In 2001 , he researched a new product ,named Crysalllization and Anhydrous Sodium Sulfide.It has been put into production. It has been declared national patent ,The patent No.00137133.9.
He organized a professional seminar in 1996. It's The First China's Sodium Sulfide Market Dynamics Seminar.
He has made a significant contribution to develop sodium sulfide plants in Northwest China such as Ningxia, Gansu, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Tianjin.
In 1983, he was awarded Science and Technology Third Prize in Shanxi Province.
In 1994, he was awarded the First Advanced Science and Technology Prize by petrochemical section in Inner Mongolia. 
In 1995, he was awarded Advanced Science and Technology Third Prize in Inner Mongolia. 
He is a member of International Research and Development Center of Hi-Tech Equipment of Na2OS3 and Na2S of West China.
He is senior advisor of China West International Sulfide Information Network Center.

Mr. Zhang Zhenkun is senior engineer and advisor

Mr. Zhang has researched on inorganic salts since 1954. He was technician first ,then engineer, senior engineer, and the director of Shanxi Yuncheng Chemical Plant . A member of Shanxi Chemical Scholarship Association .A member of China Inorganic Salts Scholarship Association.A advisor of Science and Technology Bureau of China Chemical Industry Ministry. He has had higher research and study on sodium sulfide, sodium sulfate ,barium salt, soda, sodium silicate, magnesium and other chemical products and machinery.He has served for many plants in China and abroad ,such as Mongolia , East-South China, Hunan, Guangdong, Tianjin, Xinjiang, Gansu, etc. He is member of International Research and Development Center of Hi-Tech Equipment of Na2OS3 and Na2S of West China. He is senior advisor of China West International Sulfide Information Network Center.

Mr.Duan Yonggui is engineer and general engineer of Erodos Hangjinqi Qianjin Chemical Co., Ltd.

Mr. Duan has studied sodium sulfide since 1969 ,especially on manufacture ,installation, and procession.

Listed bellow are the works by Mr.Duan : A 16,000 tons of sodium sulfide project in Bumeng of Inner Mongolia .A 2000 tons of ultra fine barium project . A 6000 tons of low iron sodium sulfide project. A 10,000 tons of sodium sulfide project in Zuoqi Chemical Plant of Inner Mongolia. A 4000 tons of sodium sulfide plant in Dingbian Prefecture of Shaanxi.A 10,000 tons of sodium sulfide plant in Ningxia. A 50,000 tons of sodium sulfide plant of Yili Group in Inner Mongolia. A 10,000 tons of sodium sulfide plant of Yumen Huahai Sulfide Salts Plant in Gansu. A 16,000 tons of sodium sulfide plant in Erdos. In 1992, co-researched low iron sodium sulfide .He is also proficient in welding, so he joined Huanghe River pontoon project and a responsible engineer on welding Ⅰ and Ⅱ class pressure vessels . A 16,000 tons of sodium sulfide plant of Qianjin Chemical Plant in 2004.

He is general engineer of Qinjin Chemical Co.,Ltd. In Inner Mongolia,. He is also deputy general manager of Beijing Hansinuoke Building Materials Co., Ltd. He was awarded the first prize of advanced science and technology in Inner Mongolia in 1994. He was awarded the first and the second prize of advanced science and technology in 1995. He is member of International Research and Development Center of Hi-Tech Equipment of Na2OS3 and Na2S of West China. He is senior advisor of China West International Sulfide Information Network Center.

Mr. Fan Guoqiang is senior engineer.

He is senior engineer of Sinochem Tianjin Chemical Research and Design Institute. He involved in the technology development and the process improvement of a number of chemical products. He was entrusted by the State Quality and Technical Supervision to organize formulating dozens of national and industry standards. He was invited by the state and to validate a number of national and industry standards .He was awarded the third prize of the advanced science and technology by Sinochem. He organized GB Industry Sodium Sulfide Standards. He could be responsible for industry policy, quality standards inspection, consulting of other technology theory. He is member of International Research and Development Center of Hi-Tech Equipment of Na2OS3 and Na2S of West China. He is senior advisor of China West International Sulfide Information Network Center. 

Mr. Wang Shangjun is senior engineer .
He has researched a series of the sodium sulfide products for nearly 20 years. He has had a wealth of practical experience on sulfide production technologies, processes, physical and chemical properties. He was the main drafter of the state standard of Industrial Sulfide ,or GB/T 10500-2000. 

He was recorded on the Dictionary of Chinese Experts.

He has had many success , such as research of low iron sulfide which awarded by the state and got the patent No.93104276.3. Another new product ,named Na2s5.5H2O , also got the state patent No.00137133.9.

He was awarded the first prize by Inner Mongolia in 1994. He was awarded the third prize by Inner Mongolia in 1995. He is member of International Research and Development Center of Hi-Tech Equipment of Na2OS3 and Na2S of West China. Mr. Li Risheng is chemical engineer .

He graduated from Inner Mongolia University. He has worked on salts sulfide since 1986. He has served for Inner Mongolia ,Xinjiang, Hebei, Shanxi etc. He was awarded the third prize by Inner Mongolia for his research on the sodium sulfide with low iron in 1993.

He is member of International Research and Development Center of Hi-Tech Equipment of Na2OS3 and Na2S of West China. He is senior advisor of China West International Sulfide Information Network Center.
